1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using drive-edge.com (the "Site") or purchasing any digital guide, template, or content offered by DriveEdge ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Description of Service

DriveEdge is an independent educational platform that publishes digital guides for gig economy drivers, covering topics such as driver rights, platform policies, applicable laws, financial practices, and personal safety. Our guides are delivered as digital files (PDF) upon purchase.

3. No Affiliation

DriveEdge is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Uber Technologies Inc., any of its subsidiaries, UFCW Canada, or any other union, driver association, or advocacy organization. All trademarks, including "Uber," belong to their respective owners. Any references to these organizations in our guides are for informational purposes only.

4. Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

All content provided by DriveEdge — including guides, templates, videos, and any related materials — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified lawyer, accountant, or other licensed professional.

Laws, regulations, and platform policies (including but not limited to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act, the Criminal Code of Canada, municipal bylaws, and Uber's platform policies) change over time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and current as of its publication or last-update date, we do not guarantee that all information remains up to date, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Legislation and platform policies may change at any time — always verify before acting on any information in this guide. Always verify current Uber policies at help.uber.com and current Ontario law at ontario.ca.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Any outcomes, earnings figures, success rates, or results described in our guides (including personal experiences shared by the author) are illustrative and based on individual circumstances. Results vary by driver, city, platform, and market conditions. We make no guarantee that following our guides will produce any particular outcome, including but not limited to increased earnings, account reinstatement, avoidance of penalties, or dispute resolution success.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriveEdge, its owner(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to: account deactivation, suspension, financial loss, fines, penalties, legal disputes, or any decision made in reliance on our content. Your use of our guides and any actions you take based on them are at your own risk.
